Ways to Donate to the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund

There are many ways to contribute to the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund.  100% of the funds received are utilized for those who need assistance in managing their diabetes through education, medication, medical assistance and more.  The Fund is also used for diabetes prevention by holding clinics for testing.  This is made possible with help from White Mountain Community Health Center, Memorial Hospital, Partners-in-Health, Wal-Mart Pharmacy, and Wal-greens all located in the surrounding area of Conway, New Hampshire and Fryeburg, ME.

Memorial Hospital of North Conway, NH administraters this fund and serves the communities in Carroll County, NH, and Oxford County, ME by providing treatment, education, and support to those individuals who are in need in order to treat their diabetes.  The White Mountain Community Health Center also receives support from the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund.  Both Memorial Hospital and White Mountain Community Health Center utilize the funds for prevention, management and education for the communities in which they serve in memory of Miranda Maria Leavitt.  Donations can be made online by clicking the link to the right →
